Sebastien Clamorgan is a business man and entrepreneur who counts more than 25 years of experience working in various areas: consultancy and representation of multinationals, private equity, shipping & logistics to infrastructure, food & beverage, real estate businesses mostly in Africa and in the Middle East. He founded Venia International In the late 90s, a global consulting and investment firm whose purpose was to open the gateways to Africa and the Middle East. Since its origin, the society undertook several projects concerning multiple sectors of the industry to establish itself as key player. Due to its early success, Venia International kept on launching projects throughout the region. Specifically, it built some joint ventures with companies operating in different fields: food and beverage, oil & gas, logistics and shipping, among which stands out Eat’n’go: a group located in Lagos, Nigeria, whose mission was to become the leading food operator in Africa. It has entered the market as the exclusive master franchisee for two great international franchises: Domino’s Pizza, a $6 billion fast food giant and Cold Stone Creamery, a $1.5 billion rising star. In August and September 2012, the first two Domino’s Pizza and Cold Stone stores in Sub-Saharan Africa were opened in Lagos, Nigeria and the group aims to branch out further.
