Valeur Group adds Ardesia CLO Opportunity Fund to its investment solutions offering

Valeur Group, an independent firm with extensive experience in asset management, investment advisory, research, trading and real estate, has officially added the Ardesia CLO Opportunity Fund to its offering. Ron Zeltzer, CFA, has joined the team as Portfolio Manager.

Since its establishment, the Group’s team specializing in Fund Structuring, led by Fund Director Aleksandra Kozlica, has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Fund’s structuring and launch on Valeur Group’s SICAV RAIF funds platform, Ardesia. By investing in different categories of collateralized loan obligations, the Ardesia CLO Opportunity Fund seeks to optimize risk and return while taking into account prevailing market conditions and macroeconomic risk factors.

The Fund’s performance has been exceptional since its launch in 2020, winning several prestigious awards, including GlobalCapital’s CLO Investor of the Year (Junior/Mezz), SharingAlpha’s Top Global Fixed Income Fund in 2021, and the Best Euro CLO Equity Investor Award by Creditflux (Q3 2022). It was also shortlisted as Best New CLO Fund in Creditflux Manager Awards in 2021.

The firm has also announced that Ron Zeltzer, CFA, has joined the team as Portfolio Manager of the Ardesia CLO Opportunity Fund. With over 15 years of experience in structuring and trading financial products, Zeltzer has a wealth of expertise in analysing and trading collateralized loan obligations in both primary and secondary markets. He has also successfully implemented numerous buy and hold CLO strategies across the capital structure for institutional clients.  

With the addition of the Ardesia CLO Opportunity Fund and its Portfolio Manager’s expertise, Valeur Group continues to expand its offering of innovative investment solutions.
